Withdrawal Fees

1. The Company does not impose additional fees on direct withdrawals.
2. A brokerage fee applies only where returns are earned through the reinvestment method.
3. This fee is fixed at ten percent (10%) of the Client’s total wallet balance at the time of withdrawal.
4. The brokerage fee must be paid separately and in full before any withdrawal can be processed.
5. Withdrawals are processed instantly once all requirements have been satisfied.

Liability and Responsibility

1. Asset Capitals APS is not responsible for any loss of data or damages resulting from technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. You agree to hold Asset Capitals APS harmless from any liability arising from your participation in our investment program.

Prohibited Activities

2. No posting negative reviews without contacting the administrator first, to ensure that any issues are resolved promptly and fairly.
